Volunteering with Women Who Code Python has been an incredibly enriching journey, allowing me to contribute to a community passionate about technology and learning. My role involved assisting small to midsized teams in organizing technical events and workshops. This included supporting event logistics, providing technical guidance, and ensuring a seamless experience for participants. These events aimed to empower attendees with the skills and confidence to navigate the tech industry successfully.
Beyond assisting with existing events, I had the unique opportunity to initiate workshops of my own. This experience not only allowed me to share my knowledge but also to foster collaboration, innovation, and growth within a supportive environment. It has been rewarding to see participants thrive and gain valuable skills through these initiatives.
